Approach
Boring infrastructure is the goal.
Systems should be predictable, documented and easy to change. Here is how we get them there — and what you can expect from us along the way.
- 01
Discover
A short call and a look at what you run today. We write down the problem in plain language before proposing anything.
- 02
Propose
A written quotation with deliverables, scope and a fixed price or a capped estimate — no open-ended hours.
- 03
Build
Work happens in your repositories and accounts, in small reviewed steps. You see progress every week.
- 04
Hand over & support
Documentation, a walkthrough with your team, and an optional support plan if you want us to keep running it.
Principles
What we hold ourselves to.
Everything as code
Infrastructure, pipelines and configuration live in Git. Nothing depends on someone remembering which button they clicked.
You own it
Code, cloud accounts, domains and credentials are yours from day one. If we part ways, nothing is held hostage.
Engineers, not account managers
You talk directly to the people doing the work — the same people who will answer when something needs fixing.
Fixed scope, honest quotes
We quote by deliverable. If something changes, we tell you before the bill does.
Questions
Asked before every project.
Do you work with small companies?
Yes. Many of our engagements are a single migration, a pipeline or a website. We size the work to the problem, not the other way round.
Can you work inside our existing cloud accounts and repositories?
That is our default. We work in your accounts and your Git repositories with access you grant and can revoke at any time.
How do you price work?
By deliverable, in a written quotation: a fixed price where the scope is clear, or a capped estimate where discovery is needed first. Support plans are a fixed monthly fee.
Which time zones do you cover?
We are based in India (IST) and work with clients in other time zones too — we agree overlapping hours and a meeting rhythm at the start of each project.
What happens after hand-over?
You get documentation and a walkthrough. If you want us to keep running things, a support plan covers monitoring, patching, backups and changes.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes — happily, before any detailed discussion.
Have something that needs fixing, moving or building?
Send a short note. A senior engineer will reply within one working day with questions or a next step.
