Short version: we keep what you send us and simple statistics about visits to this site, use them only to reply and improve the site, and never sell or share them.
Who we are

What we collect
When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, and anything else you choose to include (company, phone number, topics and message).
When you browse this site, we keep simple visit statistics on our own server: your IP address and the country it belongs to, the pages you view and when, the website or campaign link that brought you here, which project links you click, your device type, browser and operating system, and your screen width. This helps us understand which pages and projects interest people, and spot misuse.
Cookies
We use two small first-party cookies for those statistics: cw_vid, a random ID that lets us recognise a returning browser (kept for 12 months), and cw_sid, which groups the pages of one visit (expires after 30 minutes of inactivity). They contain no personal details, are not used for advertising, and are never shared. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or any other third-party trackers, and fonts are served from our own server.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we store only a shortened version of your IP address.
How we use it
Only to answer your enquiry, to manage our work together if you become a client, and to understand and improve this website. We do not sell or share your details with third parties, except our hosting and email providers who process them on our behalf, and Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that contact-form submissions come from a person rather than a bot. Country is looked up on our own server — your IP address is not sent to any outside service.
How long we keep it
Visit statistics are deleted automatically after 12 months. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to client work are kept as long as Indian law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to info@codewelt.in. We handle personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, for visitors in the EU, the GDPR.
