Case study · Website & web app

Levante Ridge: a website that does the selling.

Levante Ridge makes branded apparel for U.S. organisations. They needed more than a brochure — a catalogue buyers could trust, a way to visualise their logo on a garment, and quote requests that arrive complete.

The brief

Look established. Convert busy buyers.

Corporate and team buyers compare suppliers quickly. They want specs, minimums and turnaround up front, and they want to see their logo on the product before they commit.

The old way — emailing back and forth with artwork and sizes — lost leads. The new site had to answer those questions on the page and collect everything needed for an accurate quote in one go.

What we built

Six pieces, one system.

01

Catalogue that answers buyer questions

T-shirts, polos, hoodies, patches, caps, uniforms and bags — with fabric specs, decoration methods and minimum order quantities on every product page.

02

Online Apparel Designer

Buyers pick a garment and colour, upload a logo or type text, then place, size and rotate it on the front or back. The mock-up goes straight into the quote request.

03

Quote & contact flow

Structured quote forms with artwork uploads, sequential reference numbers and email notifications, so every lead arrives complete.

04

Spam protection

Bot challenges, rate limits and server-side validation keep the inbox for real customers.

05

Private visitor insights

A built-in, password-protected dashboard of countries, devices and repeat visits — no third-party ad trackers.

06

Tested before every release

Automated browser tests cover every page, the Designer, the forms and accessibility, on a local staging copy before anything goes live.

How it is built

Static where it can be, dynamic where it must be.

Pages are pre-built with Astro, so they load instantly and there is little to attack. A small Hono API in TypeScript handles uploads, quote and contact submissions, and email.

Catalogue content lives in structured files the team can edit without touching code. Releases go through a staging copy and an automated test run, then a one-command deployment with rollback.
