Terms of use
Talbud is a personal tool for tracking your own money. These short terms explain what it is and what it is not.
The app
Talbud is provided by Codewelt Private Limited, Room No 12/109, First Floor, Vyapara Bhavan Building, Kakkur, Kozhikode, Kerala 673613, India. It is free to use. Your data stays on your phone, as described in the privacy policy.
Not financial advice
Talbud records and summarises what you enter. It does not give financial, tax or investment advice. It does not handle payments or connect to your bank.
Check the numbers
Bills and statements are read automatically, on the phone or with the optional AI, and the result can be wrong. Please check amounts before you save them.
Your backups
Your data exists only on your phone. If you lose the phone or uninstall the app without a backup, the data is gone. Make backups regularly and keep their password safe. We cannot recover data or passwords.
Free AI quota
The optional AI bill reading has a free daily limit. We may change the limit, or pause the feature for a while, for example when its monthly budget is used up. The offline features keep working.
Liability
We build Talbud with care, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from wrong entries, lost data or the app being unavailable. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or any other liability that mandatory law, including consumer law in your country, does not allow us to exclude.

Die App. Talbud wird von der Codewelt Private Limited, Room No 12/109, First Floor, Vyapara Bhavan Building, Kakkur, Kozhikode, Kerala 673613, India, bereitgestellt und ist kostenlos. Deine Daten bleiben auf deinem Handy, wie in der Datenschutzerklärung beschrieben.
Keine Finanzberatung. Talbud erfasst und fasst zusammen, was du eingibst. Die App gibt keine Finanz-, Steuer- oder Anlageberatung, wickelt keine Zahlungen ab und verbindet sich nicht mit deiner Bank.
Zahlen prüfen. Belege und Abrechnungen werden automatisch gelesen, auf dem Handy oder mit der optionalen KI, und das Ergebnis kann falsch sein. Bitte prüfe die Beträge vor dem Speichern.
Deine Sicherungen. Deine Daten gibt es nur auf deinem Handy. Verlierst du das Handy oder deinstallierst du die App ohne Sicherung, sind die Daten weg. Erstelle regelmäßig Sicherungen und bewahre das Passwort gut auf. Wir können weder Daten noch Passwörter wiederherstellen.
Kostenloses KI-Kontingent. Für das optionale KI-Lesen gibt es ein kostenloses Tageslimit. Wir können das Limit ändern oder die Funktion zeitweise pausieren, zum Beispiel wenn ihr Monatsbudget aufgebraucht ist. Die Offline-Funktionen arbeiten weiter.
Haftung. Wir entwickeln Talbud sorgfältig, stellen die App aber so bereit, wie sie ist. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haften wir nicht für Schäden durch falsche Einträge, Datenverlust oder Nichtverfügbarkeit. Unberührt bleibt die Haftung bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit, bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit sowie jede andere Haftung, die zwingendes Recht, einschließlich des Verbraucherrechts deines Landes, nicht ausschließen lässt.
